中國的家族企業(yè),經(jīng)過近幾十年的發(fā)展壯大,現(xiàn)在可以說已是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,它為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展作出了十分重要的貢獻(xiàn)。但伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度的加劇,社會環(huán)境的不斷變化,使家族企業(yè)在整個國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中也受到了相當(dāng)程度的影響,尤其在生產(chǎn)與經(jīng)營等管理上的缺漏越來越明顯,并嚴(yán)重阻礙了家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展。相比于國外發(fā)達(dá)國家的家族企業(yè)而言,我國家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展大都存在著創(chuàng)辦時間短、發(fā)展規(guī)模小、技術(shù)開發(fā)落后等特征明顯,造成了社會對家族企業(yè)的看法就是“富不過三代”。因此,開展對家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究,具有十分重要的理論價值及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
dissertation通過對我國家族企業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題出發(fā),選擇了兩個典型的國內(nèi)外成功家族企業(yè)為研究對象,剖析了這類家族企業(yè)成功發(fā)展的緣由,并以上海沖佳公司為具體研究案例,提出了我國的家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的具體路徑和舉措。dissertation研究主要從以下幾方面展開:
(1)通過對國內(nèi)外大量文獻(xiàn)資料的查閱和分析,對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其可持續(xù)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了全面梳理,并從多個層面對以往的研究成果進(jìn)行綜述,找出了本文選題的立足點(diǎn)。
(2)基于對可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的選擇,從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、生態(tài)學(xué)理論、以及交易成本理論和委托代理理論等方面,為dissertation研究奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
(3)結(jié)合對我國家族企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題分析,提出了家族企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展應(yīng)建立在其現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的各種問題分析的基礎(chǔ)上,并且要緊緊圍繞“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”這一主題展開。沒有對家族企業(yè)存在問題的深刻分析,就很難尋找影響“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”的各種因素。
(4)dissertation選擇了國內(nèi)的哇哈哈集團(tuán)和國外的三星電子作為典型案例,對國內(nèi)外成功家族企業(yè)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的分析。歷史已明鑒,成功的家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展之路能成為我國家族企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要借鑒和參考。dissertation從家族企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位、營銷策略、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化以及多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略這五個層面入手,對家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑進(jìn)行深入的探討與研究,為我國家族企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供實(shí)質(zhì)性的借鑒。
(5)dissertation從戰(zhàn)略定位、營銷策略、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化以及多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等這五個方面出發(fā),深刻分析了影響我國家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的因素,提出了我國家族企業(yè)如何從可持續(xù)發(fā)展出發(fā),選擇正確的發(fā)展路徑至關(guān)重要。

dissertation研究形成如下結(jié)論:
1) 我國家族企業(yè)中的大部分科技型家族企業(yè)尚處于“創(chuàng)業(yè)期”以及“成長期”的初級階段,其治理結(jié)構(gòu)以及產(chǎn)權(quán)制度需要不斷完善。為確保這類企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,急切需要不斷改革與創(chuàng)新。
2)處于初級階段的科技型家族企業(yè)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)多機(jī)遇少,而且隨時有被淘汰的可能,所以確立從戰(zhàn)略定位、營銷策略、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化以及多元化發(fā)展的路徑,對企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展具有著舉足輕重的影響,實(shí)踐證明是行之有效的。
3)伴隨科技型家族企業(yè)發(fā)展成長,家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人應(yīng)該主動地建立起科學(xué)完善的授權(quán)制度。由于家族企業(yè)所處時間、位置、行業(yè)、發(fā)展規(guī)模、所處發(fā)展階段以及企業(yè)背景的不同,其企業(yè)的管理制度也因此而有所區(qū)別,脫離現(xiàn)實(shí)情況而盲目套用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度形式,不利于家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
dissertation研究有以下兩個創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):
1)dissertation選擇了案例研究法,對兩個典型案例進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真詳細(xì)的分析,并以此為切入點(diǎn),開展了對科技型家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展路徑研究,在方法選擇上是一種新的探索。
2)dissertation研究,提出了從戰(zhàn)略定位、營銷策略、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化、同行業(yè)多元化發(fā)展的發(fā)展路徑,建立了一套既有科技型家族企業(yè)特色又對企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值的管理模式,這在開展對家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究上尚屬首次。
dissertation尚需要繼續(xù)研究的內(nèi)容,主要有兩個方面:
一是我國的家族企業(yè)屬私營經(jīng)濟(jì)的部分,但對國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、市場就業(yè)和社會穩(wěn)定等問題都帶來了較大的影響。由于目前家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展遇到的問題十分明顯與突出,雖然dissertation提出了一些家族企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑與措施,但對家族企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展方式和如何向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展等問題,都仍需要我們進(jìn)行深入分析與研究。
二是技術(shù)開發(fā)對家族企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的影響,但如何通過技術(shù)開發(fā)進(jìn)一步提升家族企業(yè)的核心競爭力,確保家族企業(yè)在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的可持續(xù)性。dissertation研究尚需要繼續(xù)進(jìn)行。

Chinese family business is an important part of national economic development, after decades of development and expansion; it has made important contributions to the economic and social development. Thesis of the main problems existing in family enterprise starting, selected two typical family business success at home and abroad as the research object, analyzes the reason of such a successful family business development, and Shanghai Chong Jia companies in specific case study and put forward specific initiatives path and our family enterprise for sustainable development. Thesis mainly from the following aspects:
(1) Based on the domestic and foreign large number of documents inspection and analysis make a comprehensive sort of the development situation at home and abroad about the family business and sustainable development. Also the author takes the multiple dimensions of the results of previous studies were reviewed to identify the topic of this article foothold.
(2) Based on the selection theory of sustainable development, in terms of economic theory of sustainable development, ecological theory, and transaction cost theory and principal-agent theory, the thesis has laid a theoretical foundation.
(3) Combined for the Development of family business situation and problem analysis, the sustainable development of family enterprises should be based on its current development status and existing problems of analysis, and to focus on "Sustainable Development "the themes. Thesis formed the following conclusions:
1) Most of our family business in science and technology is still in the family business "of entrepreneurship," and the initial stage of "growing" of its governance structure and the need to constantly improve the system of property rights.
