Marking Criteria:Matters to be taken into account in allocating marks will include:
?Clarity of written expression
?Demonstration of knowledge in taxation law;and that students have made a reasonable attempt in preparing the task;
NO Mark:will be awarded in the following cases:-

Assume that you are the tax manager of a large resident corporation that implements an employee share scheme.
You are required to prepare a report for management:
Outlining the background of the proposed changes to the tax treatment of employee share
schemes;
The main issues that have been raised in debates(both in the media and to formal inquiries)about whether the need for a change is necessary;and
The implications of these changes for the employee share scheme provided by the corporation
